DuftyWeis Opals is a wholesale only company. If you are a member of the buying public you may see the opals we have available and the suggested retail price. To purchase, however, you must contact a reliable jeweler in your vicinity who will work with you more closely on selection, pricing and viewing of the actual stones. This jeweler will work with us to make your opal purchase a special event for you.
Purchasing
The ability to purchase from this web site is for Wholesale Buyers Only who have a Wholesale Tax ID # and are rated with JBT. Existing customers of DuftyWeis Opals are pre-qualified to purchase.
To ensure that only qualified wholesale buyers purchase from this site, we have instituted the following three steps.
1. Start by creating a login account.
To create a login account, click on the Login link in the upper right to bring up the Login Details screen. Click the New Account button to go to the New Account screen. Enter your full name, and the email address which will also be your login user name. Create a password which you will always use to login. Then, click the Create Account button to submit your information.
2. This will bring you to the Welcome screen.
At this point you have successfully created a Login Account.
To qualify as a wholesale buyer you will now have to submit your company details. E-mail the following details to Opals@DuftyWeis.com or phone us with the information at

• Your Login Name
• Your Full Company Name
• The E-mail address that you have selected as your user ID
• Your customer number if you are an existing customer (4 digit number on invoices and statements)
• Your wholesale sales tax ID #
• Your JBT #
• Your billing and shipping address details.
• We will review your information for final approval.
3. Final approval for shopping
When we receive your company information we will verify your tax ID# and JBT details. Once approved, we will add you to our wholesale buyers list and email notification to you that you may now shop in our wholesale store. The e-mail will also indicate your credit status with us.
Please allow one business day for this process.
You will now be able to track your orders, leave items in your shopping cart for future reference, and edit your account information.
Shopping
Mastercard, Visa, and Discover are accepted for payment.
Existing customers with approved credit will also be able to select stones for “Memo” or Purchase “On Account”.
New customers who have not yet been approved for memo or credit may need to provide additional industry credit references. Your wholesale approval e-mail will include the process for establishing credit with us.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges will be added to your purchase once we have calculated value, weight, and shipping destination. We ship primarily via USPS Express Mail and can also accommodate USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Shipments.
Memo Policy
Memorandum merchandise must be returned or sales reported within 10 days of receiving the memorandum item(s).
Exchange Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may exchange your purchased item(s) within 30 days. If you wish to shop for further items we will issue store credit to your account. Item(s) must be in satisfactory condition for resale, which includes: Unused in original condition; and in their original packaging materials.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Item(s) must be in satisfactory condition for resale, which includes: Unused in original condition; and in their original packaging materials. The original shipping charge on your invoice will not be refunded.
To return any item(s) please ship to the address on your memorandum or invoice. Package the items in a well protected fashion and make sure the package is fully insured.
